With nearly 20 years of experience in the massage industry my approach is to listen first. What areas are causing pain or concern? Is it physical pain or mental stress? Where in the body are you holding tension? Trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques I then implement these different applications for optimal results. Time based appointments (rather than technique based) allows me to utilize all the tools at my disposal to help you feel your best. I’m also a 200hr Yoga Instructor with additional training in anatomy, movement, and breathwork. All knowledge I take into each appointment to bring relaxation & comfort to every client.

I’m also a Candle-maker and own Copper & Wax Co. which is conveniently located right next door! I’ve owned Copper & Wax Co. since 2020 and it has been so much fun - this career fulfills my creativity side!

With some recent changes with the business and feeling some burnout - I’ve decided to re-enter the Massage world again part-time! As much as it is healing for the client - it is for me as well! I’m always searching for balance and believe caring for others is a big part of that for me.

I’m married to my awesome husband of 13 years - Eric! We’re high school sweethearts that met right here at Lincoln High! We have 4 fur babies and two beehives we tend to throughout the year! & Yes! There will be honey! (September) I’d love to chat about bees anytime!
