Our Approach Is Intuitive

Unlike many massage therapists, we don't apply a preconceived massage to you and your body. Instead, we ask key questions and listen deeply to you during your session, allowing our intuition to tailor your bodywork to meet your specific needs.

As your session unfolds, we are drawn to work in specific areas of your body, adapt techniques for you, to find the rhythm and pacing that feels best for you, and to vary the pressure of our work as needed -- all to heighten the therapeutic benefits you receive from your massage.

During our work with you, we may draw from Body-Centered Transformation, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Supported Energetic Clearing, Reiki, and other massage and bodywork modalities.

A Comfortable, Home-Based Setting

We work out of our home, which has two private offices dedicated to intuitive massage and bodywork. As a client, you are also welcomed as a guest in our home, and may even be greeted by Niner and Te-Pi, our two lovable cats.
